Santo Domingo #7

Ésta es la perspectiva de Calle El Conde vista desde la terraza del Hotel Conde de Penalva que era una de nuestros puntos de encuentro informal durante el Simposium. El monumento de la izquierda es una estatua de Bartolomé Colón, fundador de Santo Domingo. La mujer de la derecha es Eli, la mujer de Victor y una de los urban sketchers consortes (gente abnegada que se caracteriza por  la infinita paciencia con que soportan los infinitos dibujismos y los plastosos amigos dibujistas de sus parejas).

This is the perspective of Calle El Conde from the terrace of the Hotel Conde de Penalba which was one of our informal meeting points during the Symposium. The monument on the left side is dedicated to Bartolomé Colón, the founder of Santo Domingo. The woman on the right side is Eli, Victor's wife and one of the urban sketchers consorts (some kind of selfless people characterized by the infinite patience with which they endure the infinite sketchisms and the muggle sketchist friends of their partners :).
